Now you know where I get my charm from. :)Having Grandma here was like being on vacation for a week! Not only did we get to spend lots of much needed time catching up but we also got to do many fun activities. Here we are enjoying my folks' (GG and PaPa)new pontoon boat. I love listening to Grandmas stories; she has an amazing memory to the past and knows how to add the hilarious points.
We spent lots of time... eating (as you do when you're on vacation)!! Many meals eaten out however Ben and I did have the family over one evening.
I am not sure what's up with Ben's eyes... Should I be concerned??We also got to spend one night up North at Larsmont Cottages. About 15 minutes North of Duluth... 3 Generations:
I love taking pics of the boys by the water.
Grandma taught us the lost art of Jacks... None of us knew or remembered how. Its like riding a bike apparently b/c she kicked all of our butts!!
While up North, we took a trip to Lutsen where we road the alpine slide and the gondola. Lots of beautiful scenery for our Arizona native. ;) Reese was not at all scared to ride the ski lift up for the slide...
Even Wes got in on the action... He was fine as long as Daddy was with him.
Here, my dad rode with Reese. Later, I made the mistake of riding with my 5 year old son... I realized after that what a wus I am!! He was in charge of the speed and I was literally hanging on for my life, screaming like a little girl!!!! He got the biggest kick out of that. He begged me to go again and promised to be much slower... I did.
One last meal out before Grandma had to head back...
Good-bye Grandma, we'll miss you sooooo much.

Gotta love Grandparents. How wonderful to still have her in your life, Rae. I know you cherish every moment with her! Fun pictures too. : ) BTW, I like your new header!
