Tidbits....

Since we've had so much going on w/ adoption lately, I thought I'd show a little of what the rest of us have been up to this Summer.... The above pic was taken at Reese's end of the school year field day. He had a great time and we all had fun watching him. Ben was in softball this Summer and LOVED it. His brother and longtime friend Todd were also on the team. This was his tournament. I love the above pic of the boys watching him. ;)

Breakfast in bed for Fathers Day... He is spoiled. ;)

And then, there was my garage sale. I discovered the best way to do it was to have a few neighbors add their stuff. You get help and it makes for a HUGE sale. Plus, as a bonus, you get to swap things.... which sorta defeats the purpose of what you're trying to do in the first place but what the heck, its fun. ;)

Wes had fun selling chocolate- not the smartest summer option. Lesson learned.

Swimming lessons are in full force and the kids are LOVING it!!! Plus, they are becoming little fish and I love that.

Reese's class had a webkin party where they made crowns and thrones for them. I thought it was so cute.

Between soccer, Baseball and Tball- we have sports 4 nights a week! Its crazy but a fun thing to do as a family.

Lotsa great strawberry picking this year! No, I haven't done the canning thing yet but I made lots of strawberry sauce!

And of course, what's Summer w/o all the water fun in the yard!

SUMMER, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE US!!!
