Ben has always said that one of the things (ok, one of the many things) he likes about me is I laugh at his jokes. Seriously, I'm not just humoring him- I think he's hilarious. Much of the time he's not even trying to be funny, he just is. I love that. After 12 years of marriage, I can still laugh-even to the point of tears-at something he says or does. After looking at the Spicer pics from just one weekend I decided I needed to do a separate post just on the pics of Ben.
He's just so darn cute!
Only Ben can make tubing behind an old pontoon at 5mph look studly.
"Why are you all laughing? What, is this too small?"
"Rae, seriously I don't need sunscreen, I never burn" And then a little later... "I guess I sat on that one side a little too long." Ouch!
It would be a tremendous tragedy to relax, enjoying God's nature while there is a baseball game we're missing. To solve this "dilemma", my dear dad (pops) made it so Ben was able to sit outside and still see the Twins game. We were all so relieved.
Well, we've come to the 'end' of the funnies but with my hubby around there will always be more.
Ben- I'm glad you don't take life too seriously- thanks for making our life together such a fun adventure. :)
