We snuck away the week before last for a quick one-night trip up North. Ben was to leave for a week in Colorado so he wanted to have a little fun with the fam before sitting in classes all day. It was nice to be able to put on swimming clothes again, even for just a little while. Of course I am referring to the boys, not myself. I've been hibernating now for several months and won't go near a swimming contraption.... That's neither here nor there but worth the mention. Anyway, we love going up North and staying in my folks cabin. We also love just driving and seeing the sights. Its very relaxing and the kids do great in the car.
The picture of me and Reese was taken by Wes (as was the one of us watching Nemo). Not too bad for a 3yr. old ehe? If either of my boys become famous photographers, I think I should get half the proceeds...

After all we've done for our kids...are you kidding?! They should plan to support us all, not just give a percentage. haha :)
