I've been waiting to post about our book club but I don't ever get a picture when everyone is here... Today, I just decided to do it anyway. Every other Monday morning a group of the neighbor ladies meet at our house for a Christian Book Club. Its sort of a cross between a book club and a Bible study. It started out with just a few of us and currently there are 9 (3 are missing from this pic including myself). We don't get into religion or theology, its more of a study in how to live out a relationship with Jesus Christ in daily life. We read books on raising kids (currently reading The Five Love Languages of Children), marriage, life as a woman etc... We've been meeting for around 3 years now and these women have been nothing short of a tremendous blessing. We do our best to support eachother through life's ups and downs as we're all on a similar journey with unique challenges. Life is not easy and woman need eachother, especially when we can encourage eachother that God is bigger than whatever we may be dealing with at the moment. Each of these women is unique and bear so much wisdom. I have learned a lot from them and am thankful to call each one my friend. Eventually, I'll get a better picture of all of us and post that.
Keeping all our kids busy and happy is always the challenge but we manage. Its fun for them to get together too. By the way, this is just a fraction of our kids, between us we have 21 kids (many of them are usually in school when we meet)!!! :)

I think that we need to get a picture with you in it! Maybe we can catch someone at the park this summer :o)
Thanks for always opening up your house for the group.....I know that we all appreciate it very much! The group is a blessing to me as well! Not sure what I would do some days without the great people there...
I feel the nudge... OK, OK!!! : ) Looks like a great group you guys have. I didn't realize that Karine is in it. How fun.
