Yep, my favorite season is here!

We love the new pumpkin farm in Andover.... animals, hayrides and all! It just opened last year and has become our new tradition. Wes insisted on packing his little wagon as full as possible. He admitted defeat only after the 3rd turnover with pumpkins rolling everywhere. I told Reese to pick out some cool white pumpkins from the huge pile... after about 10 minutes he came back to tell me, "We'll have to go to the orange, the white ones are all rotten..." When I went to check for myself I said, "These look perfect, what's wrong with these???". When he showed me the brown spots on each one, I soon realized he was looking for the truly perfect pumpkin (you know, one without the brown spot where it grows on the ground). I had to give him a little lesson on how pumpkins grow... :)

Hooray for Fall! I love that top pic of the boys hauling their wagons. So cute - good composition too with the big house on the hill... cool.
