Funny Stuff

Here are a couple of conversations with my boys lately: Reese- (Reese has always been a bit of a germaphob... gets that from his dad. I was talking with him during lunch one day when he refused to take food from a plate that was touched)
M- "Reese back in the 'olden' days and in some cultures it wasn't uncommen for people to sit in a circle all eating off the same plate in the middle using only a piece of pita bread or even their fingers!"
R- Hmmmmmmm "So was that when dad was first born that people did that?"
Wesley- (He was sitting on my lap, touching my chest)
M- (as calmly as I could) "Wes, what are you doing?"
W- "I am just checking to see which of your 'pecs' holds your heart." (Pecs is how their weightlifting dad refers to their chest)
I then calmly explained that little boys shouldn't touch their mommy's or other girls 'pecs'. Oh boy.

You gotta love thier innocence. Ella pulled my mom's shirt open today so she could look down it. I immediately told her to stop doign that and she said, "but I'm just looking to see whats down there".
